1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized access or use of the App.
• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Kova or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior consent.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Certain features of the App require credits, which can be purchased through a monthly subscription.
• Users receive an initial bonus of credits upon signup.
• By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms through Apple's in-app payment system.
• Refunds are not provided directly by Kova. Users may contact us or Apple for assistance with refund requests.

Credit Usage

Certain actions within the App require the use of credits. These credits are consumed to cover operational costs associated with providing specific features and services. The amount of credits required for different actions may vary and can be adjusted over time. Examples of actions that may consume credits include:

• Creating a new course
• Starting a new lesson

We reserve the right to modify credit costs as needed to maintain service quality and cover operational expenses.

5. User-Generated Content and AI Content

Users may create AI-assisted content and courses can be made public for others to discover.

By sharing content publicly, you grant Kova a license to display and distribute your content within the app.

Much of the content in the App is generated using artificial intelligence technology. While we make efforts to ensure quality, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies. Users agree to use such content at their own risk and exercise independent verification when necessary.

6. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications for features like daily streak reminders. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Montreal, QC, Canada.
